Forest Lake Townhomes - Fort Myers, Florida
Forest Lake is a 248 townhome gated community developed in 2004-5 located off of Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. Scenes of Forest Lake can be viewed in the photo albums section. The basic subdivision layout can be found here. There are several townhome blocks of 2-bedroom units with no garages. These are the smallest units with about 1150 sqft of total living area. The remaining blocks are composed of middle units of 2-bedrooms and a den or 3-bedrooms with 1394 sqft of living area. The end units of these blocks have 3-bedrooms and 1486 sqft of living area. All townhomes have 2-1/2 bathrooms and all but the smallest units have a single-car garage.
Floor Plans:
Pine - The smallest townhome is the Pine unit with a total living area of 1152 sqft. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the laundry area are on the second floor. Floor Plan.
Palm - The 2-bedroom plus den Palm plan has the living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath on the first floor. The master bedroom with bath, small bedroom, den, and second bath plus laundry area are on the second floor. The total living area is 1394 sqft. The unit also has an attached 10' x 20' garage. Holly - The Holly is the same as the Palm but has the den enclosed to form a 3rd bedroom. Floor Plan.
Cedar - The end units of all the townhome blocks containing the Palm and Holly units has the Cedar floor plan. It has the living room, dining area, kitchen (single story portion), half bath, storage area, and master bedroom/bath on the first floor. The second floor contains two bedrooms the same size as the master and a shared full bath. This unit also has an attached 11' x 20' garage. Floor Plan.
The Homeowners Association Board is composed of five members who are responsible for the common areas and facilities and have approval authority over rentals.
