FLT Rules regarding Real Estate Signs: No signs of any kind, i.e., for-sale, for-rent or any advertisement, either by owners or Realtors may be installed or placed anywhere on the property. Only open house signs are permitted on the property on the day of open house and must be removed immediately at the end of the day.
For information on how to conduct an OPEN HOUSE in FLT, there are no special provisions for Open Houses. As a gated, secure community there is no opportunity for people to drive around and spot open houses. Similarly all visitors follow the same process. All visitors to the community arrive at the virtual gate, provide their identification and the name/address of where they are going. Security contacts the owner/resident by phone, the resident provides approval and the visitor is let in. If No approval is provided, there is no entry. A resident can provide approval to a visitor in advance, via our Envera Security app or calling them, providing the name and dates the visitor is allowed. Then the visitor arriving during those dates is let in by Envera Security without delay and without the "approval at time of entry" step. The FLT property owner has access to this Envera process and can provide their Realtor with the access required. Anyone wishing to attend an Open House must obtain this visitor approval in advance, or at the time of entry via the virtual security at the VISITOR gate.
